Appointments
To ensure that all patients are cared for in a considerate and timely manner, our physicians operate
on an appointment basis. Please call our Patient Services Representatives to schedule your appointment in advance so we can
reserve a time for you. In order to best serve all patients, we request 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments.
Prescriptions
In order for our physicians refill or prescribing medications for our patients, they require access
to the patient's medical record, which is only available during our standard business hours. Consequently, It is our policy
not to refill medications after hours.
Office Hours
Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are closed for the following
holidays: Christmas, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the day after Thanksgiving).
After Hours/ Emergency Services
If you experience a medical emergency or feel your condition needs to be evaluated immediately, go
to the emergency of the nearest hospital. The emergency room physician will contact us if necessary. Please note that it is
our policy not to refill medications after hours.
Fees & Payments
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical care without sacrificing quality. To help
us meet this goal, it is requested you pay the co-payment and/or co-insurance due at the time of your visit. We will be happy
to file your primary and secondary insurance claims as a service to you. Remember, you are responsible for any deductible,
co-insurance or other balance not covered by your insurance company. Insurance policies can be very complex, and our Insurance
Department is available to assist you.
