How to Find Us
Our Brunswick, GA office is located
on the 4th floor of the
Outpatient Care Center, adjacent to SGHS. Patients and visitors
have the option of free
valet parking, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.,
as well as access to new, adjacent parking situated in shaded,
park-like
surroundings, complete with seating areas.
To
BRUNSWICK
Office
From Savannah on Interstate 95:
I-95
South to Exit 38.
Left off of the exit onto Spur 25. (becomes HW 17)
Right at 1st traffic light onto Parkwood Drive.
Right at the first traffic light onto Hampton Avenue.
Go approximately 3 blocks, then turn left into Parking Lot.
Our
office is in 4th floor of the Outpatient Care Center,
On the far right end of the
hall.
To
BRUNSWICK Office
From Jacksonville on Interstate 95:
I-95
North toward Brunswick.
Exit 29 onto Highway 17.
Left
at the traffic light onto Parkwood Drive.
Right
at the first traffic light onto Hampton Avenue.
Go
approximately 3 blocks, then turn left into Parking Lot.

 Our Camden, GA office is located
in the Camden Medical Pavilion,
adjacent the CMC hospital. Parking is available in the front of the building.
To CAMDEN OFFICE FROM I-95
I-95 to Exit
2 onto Route 40 East
Left onto Dan Proctor Drive.
Right
into Camden Medical
Center campus.
Follow Signs to the Pavilion.
